Our goal is to ensure that you completely enjoy your time with us, the following tips will help you to make the most of your time at MaxManni.

Appointments
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so you may receive our full service and other clients will not be inconvenienced. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to our spa appointment. This will allow you to check in and prepare for your service. To ensure you get an appointment with whom you want, we recommend you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving.

Groups
MaxManni is pleased to host group events. Many events including birthday parties, bridal parties and social gatherings can be organized for your group. Please reserve your date as far ahead as possible in order for us to accommodate your desired services.

Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule, and we kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In consideration of our service providers and other clients, any guest failing to provide the notice indicated above or failing to show for a scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of scheduled service fees. The amount will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of the appointment reservation.

We reserve the right to refuse services at our discretion.

Gratuities
Gratuities cannot be applied to service payments. A gift of cash or check can be given directly to your service provider. Envelopes are provided at the checkout desk for your convenience.

Cell
So that all guests can relax while visiting us, we ask that all cell phones be turned off when entering the salon and spa. If you must make a call, please speak softly and keep the call to a minimum.

Children
While we gladly service children, for their own safety and the comfort of other guests, we ask that children not getting service/very young children do not accompany you on your visit. We ask that children getting service remain in our reception area accompanied by an adult. At no time are children under 12 permitted in the spa area. Our guests expect, and deserve a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while they receive their service.

For Your Comfort
We request that you disclose of any medical conditions and/or prescription medications that you are taking as some services may be contra-indicated.

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we sterilize equipment for all services and treatments. Because we are concerned for your health and beauty as well as our environment, our salon and spa are smoke free.

Product Returns and Exchanges
Product returns are for store credit only and must be accompanied by store receipt. Makeup is not returnable. Gift cards and services rendered are nonrefundable. No cash refunds.
